AssessmentThe Procedure of collecting evidences of your competence for a qualification is called assessment. In NVQF Competency Based Training system, assessment is procedure is divided into to sub system: 1- Formative assessment It is a procedure to judge your competency at the end of a Module with the help of evidence guide, prescribed in every Qualification Package. By achieving competency in desired module ,you will be capable of getting RECORD OF ACHEIVEMENT.The Training provider will Upload your achievement on National Portal. 1- Integerated assessment A- Pre assessment meeting will be held in which, the assessor will explain you about assessment plan & help help you to fill it. B- You need to demonstrate your competency in order to become a Competent worker in integrated assessment conducted by the Assessment team nominated by the TTBS. C- The Assessor tells you about the outcome of assessment soon after the end of procedure on the same day of assessment. CertificationIssuance:The Assessor reports about your competency to TTBS. Upon the successful completion of the assessments, You will be awarded the National qualification certificate. Candidates who are Competent in their Modular assessment but not Yet Competent in Integrated assessment can get their Achievement certificate from NAVTTC Portal Competent individuals can get their qualification certificate from Trade Testing Board Sindh. Moderation in the light of assessment report submitted by assessor, assessment moderation session held as another quality assurance measure. This process ensure that the assessment that took place and the evidence collected on which the judgment was made met the principles of moderation, the requirements of the competency standard and the expectations of the industry. b) TTB establish a schedule of moderation meetings and request relevant assessors to attend moderation meetings along with assessment Record including all evidences and documentation for one example of assessment for which competency was granted at the first assessment opportunity; assessment record that resulted in a “Not Yet Competent” decision made.

Please check the RTO Prospectus for detailed eligibility requirements. Example: The eligibility criteria for GIII Auto Mechanic is: 1) 10th Grade or equivalent academic qualification for most of the trades. 2) Above 17 Year age 3) Physically fit for the industry. NVQF RPL RPL is allowing you to receive credit (Recognition) for your existing skills and knowledge. RPL Procedure at TTBS A. Contact any of Assessment Center or NVQ Cell of TTBS to collect sufficient information and registration. You can also register yourself on line by clicking https://nvqf.pk/ B. identify evidence required, C. fill self-assessment form, (Click here to download Self-assessment form) D. Identify the gaps, if any, between the skills you can demonstrate and the skills mentioned in the particular NVQ evidence guide. You can get advice from the manager of assessment center for bridging the competency gaps. E. Fill the competency gaps, F. Prepare portfolio (Evidences of your knowledge & Skills) for assessment. G.
